My name is Patrick Burnham. I am a photographer who has a strong passion for taking pictures. I love it! Its a rare thing to find me without a camera. I am a self taught photographer who specializes in landscapes however I love taking portraits.

I started taking photos when I was very young. My babci (grandmother) was my inspiration for taking pictures. She used to take pictures her self, so it runs in my blood. Babci gave me my first camera for Christmas when I was younger. It was a Minolta film camera. I loved it. I have since moved on to digital, partially because I took so many pictures it was just most cost effective. I now shoot with a Nikon D5100 DSLR, and I would not want it any other way.

The main mission for me is to make people happy I want my photos to put a smile on peoples faces. that is my only purpose for taking pictures.... so please enjoy.

Beside photography I am a marine biologist with an interest in marine education. I have always wanted to be a marine biologist and I love anything and everything about the ocean.

Furthermore I am also a martial artist. I train in a system called Kosho Shorei Ryu and a style called Kempo. I have been training for 12 years and hold a black belt instructor rank at United Martial Arts Academies based in Augusta Maine.
